I had the misfortune of purchasing a Skoda product (Laura L&K) in Sept, 2007 for an amount of approx. Rs.17 lacs. Ever since, I have been facing continuous trouble with the car – with Skoda showing complete lack of customer service – good at lip service though. Name the trouble, its there – engine gasket blows off in 1st week
