
I booked XUV500 from Himalaya motors Srinagar in march 2014 and was promised to get delivery by 5th of April and every passing day they there were some excuses and finally it got delivered on 17th of april after visiting their showroom almost everyday. As the car was brought from jammu by road we were told to come for general checkup after the completion of 1000 kms. i went there couple of times and what i was told that they never told me to come here for general checkup and finally they agreed and told us to come next day early morning and while visiting showroom in the morning they start aging making excuses and in the end i got the job card and i was told that it will take only half an hour to start checking my car and after 2 hours wait i saw other cars going in and my car is not moving and when i complained i was told that i have to follow myself and when i started following myself i found that they are just not minding me and ignoring my requests. finally out of frustration i asked them to cancel my job card and to surprise they did it without asking me the reason. I was really disappointed with their behavior of the staff and management and went away with bad memories. I don,t think it is the policy of mahindra to sell the product using good sales methods and when it comes to service they disappoint the customers

MAHINDRA has made a great mistake by not providing a music system with USB supported player as this is the best and most convenient method to carry your music toady.i feal cheated..is there any solution, please advise.
