Is PAN card mandatory for selling the car?

Yes. A copy of PAN card is mandatory. We need it to release the payment. Also, it is to be presented at the RTO for signature verification.

What all documents I need to carry when visiting the store?

You need to carry all car related documents like RC, Insurance, PUC, PAN card, cancelled cheque, and government-issued address proof.

I have a fleet of cars. Can I get a better deal? What all can Gaadi offer me?

Is the payment done in parts?

No. At Gaadi, we transfer the entire amount in one go via IMPS, NEFT or RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement). Your time is valuable for us and we don't want you to waste it chasing us for your money.

I don't think online given price matches my expected price, What do I do?

The price mentioned/ calculated online is basically an estimated amount which is subject to change basis car inspection. We would suggest that you schedule a free car inspection with Gaadi. We will inspect your car and cover over 200 checkpoints to help you get the best price for your car.

What if I could not reach to your store on appointment time allocated to me?

We understand that important things might come up at a time we least expect and so we offer you the convenience of rescheduling your visit later that day. You can do this by calling our customer care executives on our toll-free number 1800-12345-2323 and they will accommodate your appointment.

Does the amount offered and the final payment amount differ?

The selling price you agree upon and the final payment you receive differ when there are some documents missing or are not available at the time of sale. A small amount is kept as security. We pay you that amount when you share those documents with us. Aside from this, there are certain nominal charges that you'll have to pay.

What are the modes of payment?

At present, we have 3 modes of payment IMPS, NEFT, and RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement).

When is the payment made to me?

You’ll receive the money before you leave our store.

Do you provide car inspection at home?

Sorry, but we don’t offer that service. You will have to visit our store to get your car inspected.

Price mentioned on the website is the estimated amount which is subject to revision after car inspection. There are chances that the estimate offered is lesser than the amount our experts will offer basis your car's inspection report.

Do I have to pay any charges?

There are certain nominal charges that you need to pay while selling your car at Gaadi.
