Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) Pvt Ltd joined hands with the renowned B-school Galgotias Business School on the occasion of the launch of Toyota Sales Education Foundation (TSEF) in Greater Noida. The company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the B-school.
This is a unique concept by Toyota Kirloskar
which has also developed & supported by the company itself introduced the TSEF program focusing at training students on automotive sales during their graduation period only and later employing the skilled students as ‘sales officers’ across various Toyota dealerships. TSEF will be intricately designed in accordance to the present Indian education system in India and keeping in mind the needs of Indian business for the Toyota dealers in India.
Toyota Sales Education Foundation
Interested PGDM students will be trained for a minimum of 5 hours per week. In the 6th trimester for PGDM students, the program will have a batch of 40 students each and will be based on a sales module, developed and designed by TKM. The TSEF module has 40 hours of theoretical study & 20 hours of on job training. ‘On the job’ training modules will be organized Toyota
