Some might not agree with the 2019 Ferrari F8 Tributo to be an overhauled supercar. However, even though this Ferrari shares its underlying structure, doors, glasshouse, and roof with the 488 GTB, the 2019 Ferrari F8 Tributo is one hell of a supercar that is almost as new as it could have been courtesy of the work that Ferrari has put into it.

For the exterior, the 2019 Ferrari F8 Tributo comes vaunting a pair of sharp & edgy headlamps sitting alongside larger ducts that enhance the brake cooling, new engine cover that is 40kg lighter, quad taillamps taking cues from the likes of the 355, and a diffuser that is larger than before. As a whole, one can recognise the 2019 Ferrari F8 Tributo to be a Ferrari at first glance due to the structure of the supercar. Moreover, while the revamped silhouette of this Ferrari has improved aerodynamic efficiency by 10%, the front & rear downforce have also become better by 15% and 25%, thanks to an F1-inspired "S-duct" at the front and a "blown" spoiler at the rear. Things are interesting already, aren't they?

Speaking of the real deal, the powertrain on the 2019 Ferrari F8 Tributo, you better brace yourself before reading further. The mid-engined supercar is powered by a 3902 cc V8 DOHC 32 valve twin-turbo that generates a humongous 710 bhp of maximum power and peak torque of 770 Nm. Sit inside the supercar, and you'll get to listen to a sweet, natural, and an amazing V8 sound that comes via a brand-new "Inconel" exhaust and a "hot tube" resonator. Coming back to the power figures, Ferrari has used its torque management strategy that doesn't feed the whole of 770Nm to the wheels until you hit the top gear. Instead, the torque keeps increasing as you keep shifting up. Ready for the performance numbers? Well, the 2019 Ferrari F8 Tributo can do a 0-100 kmph in just 2.9 seconds and a 0-200 kmph in 7.8 seconds before topping out at 340 kmph.

In simplest words, the 2019 Ferrari F8 Tributo is a great tribute to the automaker's greatest engine yet. Besides, the supercar is also a very well laid out and satisfying evolution of the 488 GTB.
