Renault Reveals Triber Accessories, Generous Dose Of Chrome Expected

  • Aug 13, 2019

French automobile manufacturer Renault is likely to introduce the Triber compact crossover later this month. The Triber is all set to become the first vehicle in the midsized hatchback segment to come with modular seating. The new Renault car is expected to command an introductory ex-showroom price of ₹5 lakh.

Ahead of the Triber’s official debut, Renault has revealed some of the official accessories to be available with the car.

The Triber, in the front, will have chrome embellishments to the bottom part of the grille. The chrome skirting on the LED daytime running lights (DRLs) casing would come as a stock offering on the car. Renualt, however, will offer extra chrome on the front bumper’s cladding which flanks the front skid plate.

A chrome application on the outside rear view mirrors (ORVMs), with the engraved Renault logo, will be offered as an accessory. The first images of the car revealed black decals on the sides. Buyers can now add an actual black cladding on the Triber’s door sides to ensure extra protection.

The new Renault crossover is likely to have roof rails as part of the standard equipment. But a rooftop luggage holder with the Renault branding will be available as an accessory. At the back, the company is offering a chrome application which runs the entire tailgate’s length, and is aligned with the Triber’s lower crease line. There’s another optional chrome accessory attached to the sides of the rear bumper, which surrounds the rear skid plate and wraps around the car.

The interior accessories of the Triber include styled floor mats. Some pictures have revealed PVC-made door mats that are easier to clean and add a rugged look to the Triber’s cabin. A chrome application surrounding the gear stick in the Triber’s RXZ trim and Renault branded in-car air perfume are likely accessories.
