The last year's Diesel-ban in the capital city of India has led to a trail of petrol-powered luxury car launches. German luxury carmaker, Audi, has now launched a petrol version of its recently launched 2017 Q3 SUV. The petrol Q3 is priced at Rs 32.20 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).

The Q3 petrol draws power from a 1.4-litre, 152PS TFSI engine that develops a maximum torque of 250Nm. The petrol Q3 is available with a 6-speed S tronic transmission only and does a 0-100kmph in 8.9s. Audi claims fuel efficiency of 16.9kmpl (ARAI) for the petrol Q3.

The Q3 petrol will be available in a front-wheel drive format only and will not have a Quattro version for now. Standard features on the Q3 petrol include a panoramic sunroof, 17-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights, LED DRLs and two-zone automatic air conditioner.

The diesel Q3 is available in front wheel drive and Quattro format, priced at Rs 34.20 lakh and Rs 37.20 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) respectively.

The 2017 Audi Q3 gets a redesigned front bumper and body cladding which makes it look more rugged than before. The Q3 now becomes the first Audi SUV to get petrol power.
