Triumph Tiger XCx and Tiger XRx Triumph showcased two of its bikes at the India Bike Week 2015 - the Tiger XCx and the Tiger XRx. The XCx is more focused on off road biking while the XRx is focused on road biking but at times you can use it for some level of off-roading. Both these 2015 bikes have enough features to aid riding making long journeys comfortable. The standard feature in both the variants include ride-by-wire for better response, switchable ABS, traction control that can be set according to the requirement, first in class cruise control, adjustable seat height by 20mm to accommodate riders of different heights, 12-volt charging points. Powering both the bikes is the 800cc in-line 3 cylinder that produces 95PS of power and 79 Nm of torque, with even lower emissions than the previous generation. The off-road specific Tiger XCx comes with aluminium sump guard and adjustable WP suspensions and larger spoke rims while the XRx comes with alloy wheels. Triumph will be assembling these bikes (as Completely Knocked Down units) at their Manesar plant to keep the prices very competitive. The XRx is priced at Rs. 11.16 lacs while the XCx is a tad higher at 12.7 lacs (both prices are ex-showroom, Delhi).
