Royal Enfield fans and owners showed up in larger numbers than ever to be a part of 2016 edition of Rider Mania
Rider Mania is the biggest event for owners and fans of Royal Enfield bikes. The festivities for this year ended on Sunday, 20th November 2016. According to the bike maker, this year saw the biggest participation ever since the inception of the festival. The three-day episode is organised at Vagator, Goa and is attended by thousands of motorcycling enthusiasts from India as well as around the world. Riders from all walks of life, old and young, men and women showed up for the yearly event.
This time, the event also featured ArtatRiderMania, which is a motorcycling-inspired art. Passionate motorcyclists expressed their love for riding via art expressed in many forms, such as tank paintings, helmet art, 3D canvas creations, etc.
Competitive events such as dirt track race further kept the participants and engaged. People showed up to hit the dirt in their specially-tuned motorcycles for the track. A special, Himalayan category was also introduced to showcase the capabilities of the adventure tourer motorcycle.
The STRE (She Travels on a Royal Enfield) riding school also debuted at the event to encourage women to ride motorcycles.
