BMW Z4
Luxury car maker BMW is all set to launch its latest model Z4 convertible in India in October 2009. The car is likely to be launched on 12 October. The car is expected to be priced between Rs. 50-60 lakhs.
BMW aims to sell around 40 units of Z4 in India in the first year after its launch. The car will have petrol engine capable of 258bhp. The car will be imported from BMW’s plant in Regensberg in Germany. BMW surpassed sales of Mercedes in India this year to become the country's leading luxury auto maker. The company is also planning to launch a new petrol model of 7-series in India.
