Pros: Great Brand, Good Looks Cons: Pathetic Service Great Brand Name to have for a car . And an awfully pathetic customer service too. I Left the car for just a bumper damage and it took 30 days for them . It took 5 days after they collected money to give me back the car. They dont have time or courtesy to sort out customer issues. Customer Service full of apathy towards customers. Only thing that they did right was to sell the car. If you buy a car from too big a brand you will face high headed officials from the dealer/brand. Customer Service Dept is not interested and the concerned person does not take your call. Write a Comment |
