Skoda offers two-year warranty on auto parts and accessories

SkodaAuto India has introduced a 2 year warranty on all Skoda Genuine Parts and Skoda Genuine Accessories in India starting from 15 August, 2009. The warranty is now available on genuine parts and accessories of Skoda cars like Superb, Octavia, Laura and Fabia.
Thomas Kuehl, Board Member, Sales and Marketing, SkodaAuto India, said, “We believe that the after-market services constitute a critical component in the customer’s ownership experience with their vehicles and above all is a strong driver of brand loyalty. It has always been our endeavor to provide innovative products and service to our customers that suits their needs and lifestyle. This warranty only further reiterates Skoda core values ‘Obsession with quality’.”
Skoda has taken this initiative with the aim of bringing down the cost of owning a Skoda car in India. The company expects that the step will also secure the trust of the customer in the long term quality of the company’s parts. The company opened its first warehouse in India in March this year. The facility manages the end to end spare parts flow.
Skoda operates with a network of 61 dealerships across the country. The company’s newly launched car Superb has attained the number one position in the D segment in India.

I have Superb of 2007 model. I have been spending a lot on spare parts. The car has done only about 45k KMs. Now I need to change Lower Control Arms LHS – 2 nos. can you give a quote and dely period. Are the parts available in bangalore? regards, ganesh
