Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (M&M Ltd.), one of the India’s leading SUV manufacturer, announced one of India’s most popular MPVs (multipurpose vehicles), the Xylo have crossed the milestone of more than one lakh vehicle sales in India. The Xylo looks stylish and has user friendly features, which have been carved out beautifully for the Indian MPV segment.
The recently launched new Xylo have boasted over 50 new changes and features and has been instrumental in providing the ‘Time of your Life’ to its customers. It is available in five variants powered by three distinct engine options including the powerful 120 BHP mHawk engine. Moreover, a high level of customer satisfaction with the Xylo has enabled it to market share of 25 per cent in Financial Year 2012, in the core segment of MPVs.

However, in the course of the journey, the Xylo has won many awards and accolades, which includes, the ‘MPV of the year’ award from ET Zigwheels, ‘UV of the year’ award from CNBC Overdrive and NDTV Profit. It has also been awarded as the ‘Family Car of the year’ by BBC Top Gear. The Xylo was rated highest in ‘Customer satisfaction and best suited for urban women’ in the HT Mars survey of 2010. The MPV has also entered the Limca book of records for fastest west east rally by a 4 wheel vehicle.
