Honda Brio diesel caught on tape!

Honda-Brio

Well folks, here we are weeks after the first test mules were spotted of the Honda Brio with what seemed like a diesel under the hood. Back then, we couldn’t say for certain whether the car actually sported a diesel engine. But, now our friends at Team-BHP have got us the  proof. The car in the following video certainly is the much awaited Brio diesel.

The diesel clatter is very obvious despite the ambient noise. In the background you can also hear GTO’s (Team-BHP Moderator) Honda Civic. That said, the diesel clatter of the Brio alongside the Civic can be easily differentiated. Of course, when asked if it were a diesel, the chap behind the wheel of the Brio declined to reveal anything about it. Anyway, we can now say for certain that the Brio diesel is being tested in India and could see a launch sooner than expected.
