Honda to unveil premium hatchback 'the Jazz' today

The premium hatchback - the Jazz is ready for the release by Honda Siel in the Indian market. Adding , the price of the car is above Rs 6 lakh and in India it is the most costly 'super-mini’.

In the year 2001 the drive for the car Jazz started in Japan in the first generation. In its second generation the car is entering India and presently it is traded in more than 130 countries across the world.

With its re-entry the Jazz is being released with a 1.2 L i-VTEC engine which has been particularly created for the Indian market. Adding , the engine has been wholly researched and developed at the Honda R&D centre in Tochigi , Japan , to outfit Indian road and protections.  The company said that the geared up future E10-compatible engine make sure the environment responsibility by harmonizing Euro IV emission levels.

Moreover the novel powertrain is a four-cylinder , 1198 cc engine facilitated with Programmed Fuel Injection delivering class-leading Power of 90 PS (66 kW) @ 6 , 200 rpm and Torque of 110 Nm (11.2 kg-m) @ 4800 rpm. Adding it provides a striking fuel economy of 16.1 km/l as per ARAI test data.

Also , previously the European model of Honda Jazz has been given the maximum EU NCAP 5-star rating. And it has made it One of the safest cars , setting the standard in its class.
