Italian Motorcycle Company Aprilia is all set to enter into the Indian market with their complete product range. Tuono V4R their top of the line naked motorcycle will also be amongst the bikes to be launched. Tuono V4R is one of the best litre class nakeds in the world. Expect it to be launched by the end of the first quarter of 2012.

Honda Motorcycles India is all set to join the 600cc battle with its CB600 Hornet based CBR600F. The bike can already be seen being tested in the roads of the country. Expect the middle weight bike to be launched by the end of 2012. It will be priced very competitively to compete against with the likes of Ninja 650, Street Triple and Ducati Monster 795.

Hero MotoCorp unveiled the Splendor Pro Classic at the 2014 Auto Expo, this bike is inspired by the Cafe Racer design. The highlights on the Splendor Pro Classic includes a new handle bar with round headlamps, round indicators, rear cafe racer cowl, round rear view mirrors and chrome. The engine is the same 100cc unit which powers the Splendor Pro.

Hero Motocorp Xtreme Sports edition boasts a new street fighter look with new body graphics, new handle bar, new winkers, new speedometer and a side-stand indicator and maintenance free battery. The Hero Xtreme Sports is powered by a 150 cc, 4-stroke, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine which now produces maximum power of 15.2 bhp at 8500 rpm and maximum torque of 12.8 Nm at 6500 rpm. The engine is coupled to a five-speed gearbox.

UM Global made its debut in the Auto Expo 2014 and showcased four bikes from their global portfolio. The Renegade Commando is a cruiser which is powered by a 223 cc, single cylinder engine and pumps out 17.27 hp of max power at 8000 rpm and 16.86 Nm of torque at 4000 rpm. The engine of the bike is mates with 5-speed gearbox transmission.

Yamaha is preparing to launch its next bike in the Indian market, the XT1200Z Super Tenere. The Adventure tourer is said one of the finest machines from Yamaha and shares their racing heritage from the Dakar rally bikes. The XT1200Z should be here by the end of 2013 and will be competing against the likes of BMW R1200GS and Triumph Tiger 800XC.
