Skoda Laura has a stiff competition in the market but it has several things going strong for it; the powerful engine, ride dynamics, build quality and the brand value in India. It has proven to be a strong seller in its earlier avatar and Skoda hopes to recreate the same magic again. Volkswagen Jetta in its latest avatar seems it’s going to be a strong seller for Volkswagen but VW needs to improve its sales network as well. However the car is an excellent product. Given the stiff competition in this segment the choice is indeed a very difficult one.
